Planning + Coordination Package
Overview
This service suits couples who have already chosen their venue but require assistance to pull it all together. Using our shortlist of preferred suppliers, we will listen to your style brief and your budget and lead you in the right direction. We’ll consult with our network and provide you with a shortlist of vendors for each category.
Once you’ve selected your preferred vendors, we’ll help you to negotiate your package making sure you have all the inclusions you need (and nothing you don’t).
We will assist with the preparation of your run sheet, floor plans, attend your ceremony rehearsal if required and thoroughly brief everyone involved.
*This package does not include design, a general set up will be carried out on the day.
Package includes -
- CONSULTATIONS – Up to 3 planning consultations.
- VENDOR LIASING- Researching, sourcing, and managing remainder of suppliers (including contracts, invoices, and ongoing communication.
- COMMUNICATION – Unlimited email and phone correspondence.
- VENDOR COORDINATOR- Coordination of supplier arrivals, deliveries and setup details.
- ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS – Creation and distribution of your wedding day timeline.
- WEATHER- Wet weather back up implementation
- REHEARSAL – Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)
- ON THE DAY COORDINATION – Coordination of all the formalities throughout the ceremony & reception until completed. Ensure gifts and envelopes are turned into your trusted family or friend at the end of the evening
- YOUR GO TO GIRL- Your go-to-person on the day to liaise with both venue and suppliers, smooth out any hiccups and ensure every element is carried out as planned.
